Sugar Free Banana Bread


cup olive or vegetable oil

1 ¾ cups all purpose flour

½ cup honey

2 large eggs

2 large mashed ripe bananas (I prefer to leave them a little lumpy)

¼ cup milk or dairy free substitute

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix all of the wet ingredients, oil, honey, vanilla, eggs and milk

Add all dry ingredients, flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and mix well


Pour the batter into your greased loaf pan .

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Give it about 10 minutes to cool before transferring it to a wire rack to cool for an additional 20 minutes before slicing.
