Frozen Banana Pops


  These Frozen Banana Pops are a tasty summertime treat and it is so easy, I don't think we even need a recipe. The frozen bananas take on an almost creamy texture and the addition of Greek yogurt and topping of your choice, this may very well replace ice cream... or at least make a good substitute! 

Here I used vanilla flavored Greek yogurt, but the great thing about this dessert is that you can pick any flavor you like and combine with almost any topping. This is why I have decided to skip the recipe as I don't want it to interfere with imagination. 


Here are a few ideas for toppings:

Nuts - crushed walnuts, pecans, peanuts, almonds


Mini chocolate chips

Mini peanut butter chips 

Rainbow sprinkles 

Graham cracker crumbs 


The key to success is to freeze the bananas about an hour before you dip in yogurt and add toppings. Then freeze them for an additional 30 and you're ready to go!
