Cold Brew Coffee Brownies

Cold Brew Brownies

  • ½ Cup unsalted butter

  • 6 Ounces quality semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • ¾ Cup granulated sugar

  • 3 Large eggs

  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract

  • 5 Tbsp cold brew coffee concentrate

  • ¾ Cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 Tbsp dutch process cocoa powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Preheat your oven to 350°F

Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper

Melt the butter in a saucepan with chocolate chips over medium heat while stirring constantly.

Remove from the heat, pour in a mixing bowl, and let cool for about 5 minutes or so.

Add the sugar to the chocolate mixture and whisk together.

Add the eggs one at a time and whisk in the vanilla extract and cold brew coffee concentrate.

Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt and lightly fold them in. Mix only until everything is incorporated and the dry ingredients are wet and no clumps remain.

Spread the batter into your prepared pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean and the brownies pull away from the edges of the pan.

Let the brownies cool in the pan on a wire rack.
